Packaging the essence of the coast.

Barnacle Brothers are producers of a unique coastal rum distilled with Rock Samphire, Gorse Flower and Seaweed. The botanicals are hand-foraged along the eastern coast of the Isle of Wight.

We were tasked with designing a modern brand and bottle design that reflected the coastal aspect that makes this rum truly exclusive. The bottle is screen printed in white and turquoise to compliment the rich amber colour of the rum. The design features a topographical map of the eastern shore of the Isle of Wight, where the botanical ingredients Rock Samphire and Gorse Flowers are hand-foraged. The organic Sugar Kelp is hand-foraged off the shores of Wick in Scotland - home to some of the cleanest waters in Britain. Each bottle is finished off with a printed paper neck/stopper tab. The Barnacle Brothers branding features a B motif with repeating reflections underneath echoing a coastal sunset.
